We offer one-on-one or small group wellness services centered on the principles of yogic tradition and meditation practice, as well as a variety of experiential services related to the death and dying process– and of course music. Click the drop-downs below for pricing, and to begin the intake process, scroll down and click the appropriate button for the service that fits your needs.
Yoga Therapy
“Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.” – The International Assn. of Yoga Therapists
Lauren is a certifed yoga therapist currently practicing in Southern California, applying the principles of the IAYT-framework to clients recovering from trauma.
Initial yoga therapy consultation and assessment, 1.5 hours: $150
Four-pack of sessions: $444 ($111 per session)
Single Session: $125
Mindfulness-Based Health Coaching
Cam is an experienced NSCA-certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach, and is currently in the process of attaining his board certified health coaching credential through NBHWC.
Initial health coaching + training consultation and assessment, 1.5 hours: $125
Eight-pack of sessions: $720 ($90 per session)
Single Session: $100
End-of-Life Services
We offer health coaching and yoga therapy services to provide self-care resources for the grieving and the dying. Cam is a NEDA-credentialed death doula. Click here to learn more about the role(s) of a death doula.

Music Services
We offer a unique variety of music services for a variety of venues and purposes including:
- Live mobile DJ services for private and corporate events (wellness-based or otherwise), ecstatic dance events
- Bespoke ambient live music performance & soundbath for events or healthcare settings (like hospice)
- Guitar lessons for beginners seeking to build a potent form of self-expression and self-care.Â

DJ & Ecstatic Dance: Starting at $70/hour
Live Ambient Music “Soundbath”, Live Immersive Music Experience : $90/hour
Guitar lessons, 1 hour: $50 (online or in-person)
Mentorship & Yoga Teacher Education
Both Lauren and Cam have participated in numerous yoga teacher trainings as instructors and presenters, and we are available for limited mentorship and training program opportunities. Please click here to start a conversation.
